Joining the Century 21 Affiliated family is Ezekiel “Zeke” Morris, Jeanne Spurlock, Marki Lemons-Rhyal, & Gwen Newton.

Chicago’s Top Southside Agents unite in one new office in Hyde Park. It is home to over 70 real estate professionals, adding to the franchise’s existing 63 locations and 1,300 real estate brokers.

Chicago Association of REALTORS® Immediate Past President Ezekiel “Zeke” Morris is very excited about this merger. As a community activist, real estate advisor, and educator, his extensive real estate network will bring additional resources to Hyde Park. Gwen Newton worked for a consumer products giant Unilever in marketing and finance before crossing over to Real Estate. As a former Team Leader at Keller Williams, former Asset Manager at Fannie Mae, Real Estate Mentor, Gwen is passionate about real estate, teaching licensed agents how to build their business and providing exceptional customer service. Gwen will serve as the Team Leader & Broker Office Manager.
